Definitely the best customer support I have experienced, and I buy online everything including quality shoes and organic cloths for a 4 year old. I made a mistake and I was treated with understanding a respect. Obviously, money comes after customer satisfaction. These people deserve support. I purchased the shoes from a very expensive shoe shop for kids, and when I needed support I was ignored. I guess I am changing the online shop now. LIttle Big Feet have all the great brands I like which is a bonus. THANK YOU.

His knowledge, experience and professionalism is second to none. The shop stocks a wide range of gorgeous shoes and all the staff go out of their way to make their customers feel comfortable and welcome.

I travel extensively for my job. This store is THE best children's shoe shop in Australia. Their knowledge (I have dealt with Sophie, Jason & Liz) is exceptional and they always go above and beyond for every customer and patient who enters their store. You will not find a more extensive range of children's shoes for every foot shape from babies to teens. Mr 10 and Mr 6 love the amazing selection of toys and even Miss 14 loves coming because she gets the TV remote! When I get back to the office, I tell everyone about this place. I rate them an 11 out of 10. Bravo!
