    I travel extensively for my job. This store is THE best children's shoe shop in Australia. Their knowledge (I have dealt with Sophie, Jason & Liz) is exceptional and they always go above and beyond for every customer and patient who enters their store. You will not find a more extensive range of children's shoes for every foot shape from babies to teens. Mr 10 and Mr 6 love the amazing selection of toys and even Miss 14 loves coming because she gets the TV remote! When I get back to the office, I tell everyone about this place. I rate them an 11 out of 10. Bravo!

    Definitely the best customer support I have experienced, and I buy online everything including quality shoes and organic cloths for a 4 year old. I made a mistake and I was treated with understanding a respect. Obviously, money comes after customer satisfaction. These people deserve support.
